2023 Winter Futsal Season

The 2022 Summer Futsal season will be played at Barwon Valley Activity Centre (BVAC) with all competitions commencing from Monday 3 October.

Key Information

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday competitions will be capped at 24 teams. 
  • Tuesday and Thursday competitions will be capped at 16 teams. 
  • No Games between Friday 16 December and Sunday 29 January due to school holidays.

Player Registration

Every player must complete player registration with Geelong Futsal to cover their insurance. No player will be able to participate in any games without having completed this. 2022 Player registration will be $60 and cover players until 6 April 2023.

Match Fees

Match fees are to paid in termly blocks in advance and will be paid prior to matches and be calculated by match fee x number of games for that school term.

  • Primary School: $60 per team
  • Secondary School: $70 per team
  • Senior Mixed: $70 per team
  • Senior Mens: $80 per team

Team Entry Process

  1. Team Manager to complete team registration form at https://www.geelongfutsal.com.au/competitions/team-registration/.
  2. Futsal Geelong to confirm teams posititon in the competition and send Handbook and competition By-laws.
  3. Every player must complete their individual player registration at https://www.geelongfutsal.com.au/competitions/player-registration/. Players that have already registered for the Futsal Geelong 2022 Winter season will not need to complete this again.
  4. Team manager to finalise match fees. Teams will only be confirmed into the competition once team fees have been finalised. 

Code of Conduct

Attached within the competition Handbook will be code of conducts outlining the required standards of behaviour for everyone attending matches including players, coaches, and spectators. Futsal Geelong are setting a high standard of expected behaviour and will have zero tolerance of any unsporting behaviour to ensure all players are participating in a fun an safe environment.

Any unsporting behaviour will result in potential suspensions or bannings for either teams and or players.
