• Monday - Senior Men
• Tuesday - Women & Girls
• Wednesday - Senior Men
• Friday - Youth (13s - 16s)
• Saturday - Junior (8s, 10s, 12s)

COMPETITION DATES

• All competitions commence Monday 5 October
• No Futsal: Wednesday 20 October (Geelong Cup)
• No Senior Futsal: Friday 18 December - Sunday 10 January
• No Junior & Youth Futsal: Friday 18 December - Thursday 28 January
• No Futsal: Tuesday 26 January (Australia Day)
• Finals are played Monday 15 - Saturday 27 February
• All competitions conclude 27 February

AGE GROUP ELIGIBILITY

For Geelong Futsal competitions, a player’s eligibility is determined on how old the player is as of 31 December. Please note, players will remain in the same age group for the duration of the competition season, regardless of whether their birthday falls during the season.

Junior – 6 years old and under to 12 years old and under
Youth – 13 years old and under to 16 years old and under
Senior – 15 years old and above

Examples: 

• A player born on 30 November 2014 will be eligible for the 12 & Under Junior competition for the 2026/27 season, as they will be 12 years old as at 31 December 2026, which is the classification date.
• A player born on 2 January 2014 will be eligible for the 12 & Under Junior competition for the 2026/27 season, as they will be 12 years old as at 31 December 2026, which is the classification date.
• Both players above are eligible for the 12 and under competition and will play for the entire season even though the player born in January will be 13 for part of the season.
• A player born on 10 October 2013 will be eligible for the 13 & Under Youth competition for the 2026/27 season, as they will be 13 years old as at 31 December 2026, which is the classification date.

MATCH FEES: 
The match fee is invoiced to the team manager and is to be paid upfront for the season. The match fee is calculated by game fee x number of weeks in the season. The invoice can be paid online by card directly through the invoice, or by paying cash at the venue.

• Junior (8 - 10yrs)         $80 per game
• Junior (11 - 12yrs)         $90 per game
• Youth (13 - 16yrs)        $100 per game
• Senior                           $100 per game

TEAM PLAYING KITS:
It is mandatory that all teams have playing strips of same colour and material which include individual player numbers. Geelong Futsal endorses AKU as our preferred supplier and you can access playing strips at discounted rates. 

• Shinguards are required to be worn by ALL players 
• Long socks are required to be worn by ALL players over shin guards
